Degenerative meniscal tears are a common source of knee pain in middle-aged individuals. The optimal treatment strategy-whether arthroscopic surgery or conservative management-remains debated. This study aims to compare the clinical outcomes, functional recovery, and long-term efficacy of both treatment modalities. A comprehensive review of recent literature and clinical trials is conducted to determine which approach provides better patient outcomes in terms of pain relief, mobility, and quality of life.
